Payment Confirmation.
Once your payment is successfully completed:

If payment fails but amount is deducted, it is automatically refunded by the payment gateway (see section 6).
Pricing & Charges.
All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices include/exclude taxes as mentioned on product page.
NIVYATHA reserves the right to update product prices at any time.
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Failed or Pending Transactions
If your transaction fails but money is deducted:
🔄 The amount is usually reversed within 3–7 business days by your bank.
If not, contact your bank or payment provider with the Transaction ID.
NIVYATHA does not control refund timelines for failed payments as they are processed directly by banks/payment gateways
Refunds for Cancelled or Returned Orders.
If your order is:
✔ Cancelled before shipping
✔ Returned due to damage or wrong product (approved cases only)
Refund will be issued via:
UPI
Bank Transfer
Original payment method (if enabled)
Refund processing time: 2–5 business days after approval.
EMI / Pay Later Options.
If enabled by our payment gateway, you may see:

Availability depends on eligibility set by the payment provider.
Payment Fraud & Misuse.
NIVYATHA reserves the right to:

A digital invoice is automatically sent to your email after successful order placement.
