Once your payment is successfully completed: 📩 You receive an Order ID & Payment Confirmation via: Email SMS If payment fails but amount is deducted, it is automatically refunded by the payment gateway (see section 6).
All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices include/exclude taxes as mentioned on product page. NIVYATHA reserves the right to update product prices at any time. Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
If your transaction fails but money is deducted: 🔄 The amount is usually reversed within 3–7 business days by your bank. If not, contact your bank or payment provider with the Transaction ID. NIVYATHA does not control refund timelines for failed payments as they are processed directly by banks/payment gateways
