Your service is immediately activated on placing the order on our site. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the customer has already started the use of any paid services including screeners, live analysis etc.
On cancellation within stipulated time period, simply contact us with your purchase details. Please include your ID number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you are requesting a refund as we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered such as the use of any of the paid services. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
All approved refunds are credited to the NIVYATHA Wallet only. No refunds will be processed to bank accounts.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: Used products Opened or unsealed products Free items or promotional gifts Products damaged due to customer misuse Items without original packaging
